Good point Brampton.
However, my point is that spinster/bachelor siblings should be just as entitled to benefits of civil partnerships as gays or unrelated straight people who choose not to marry (as they are all able to do now). I really can't see why fucking each other should be the deciding factor.
Same goes for spinster ladies and their old mums (and male equivalents). I understand the inheritance tax thing may need some consideration.
